Disinformation is when untrue relevant information is spread along with the intent to trick, often as component of a co-ordinated campaign. Misinformation is when incorrect details is actually unexpextedly dispersed, for instance by redoing a rumour to a pal or reposting an unconfirmed case on a social-media platform.
